Author Visit: Finding Gobi

Runner Dion Leonard has competed in marathons and running events around the globe. While running a 250 km marathon in a Chinese desert, he found a small stray dog who he went to great lengths to adopt and bring home to Scotland. Leonard wrote the heartwarming tale and will now be speaking on his book, Finding Gobi, at the Ascension Parish Library in Gonzales. 10 am. At 1:30 pm, head to the Wag Center in Donaldsonville to get outside and be inspired. A book signing and meet and greet with Gobi will follow both presentations. Registration required.
