Basic Abstract Painting Classes

Begin a journey into the abstract at the Baton Rouge Gallery. Over four sessions, students will learn about color and color mixing and will use observational painting to explore prompts in abstraction. Each class can stand alone, or you can sign up for all four to build on your knowledge and portfolio. 6 pm–8 pm. $35 each or $120 for all four. Designed for ages 18 or older. brec.org/gallery.
