Basic Woodwork: Build a Tool Tote

West Baton Rouge Museum has secured skilled artisan Terry Landry for a new series of new woodworking workshops this fall inside the museum’s barn. Advanced, paid reservations are required due to class size limits.
Basic Woodwork: Build a Tool Tote will take place over two sessions (October 12 & 19), each from 9 am–noon. Each participant in the class will build their own tool tote, learning to use only hand tools. Students will use include saws, chisels, brace, and various squares, marking gauge and hand planes. $150. The cost of materials is included in the fee for each of these workshops but students are required to bring their own tape ruler and #2 pencil.
