The Pontchartrain Hotel's swanky-yet-intimate Bayou Bar is offering a special dinner for Jazz Fest—including five courses curated by Chef/Owner Brian Landry inspired by the festival's iconic dishes (missing that crawfish bread, anyone? Chef Landry will do you one better).
