The Halloween enthusiasts of 10/31 Consortium kick off the season early for Friday the thirteenth with their Black and Orange Bash, held at the River Center Branch library. No tricks here—just treats in the form of food, a cash bar, and great music for dancing your scares away, plus lots of announcements in conjunction with this year's Fifolet Halloween Festival. Open to the public, though black and orange apparel (costumes included) is a must.
