This year, the Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center marks twenty years of connecting Baton Rougeans to nature. Celebrations take the form of a series of art shows, each featuring a different theme and promising cash prizes for top contenders in Best in Theme and Visitors' Choice in both adult and youth categories. In spring, the theme is "Bluebonnet Swamp Magic." The show will hang from April 25—May 21, with an artist reception on May 21 from 2:30 pm–4:30 pm.
