It's hard to resist the idea over seventy of the country's best chefs are headed to New Orleans to prepare and serve Louisiana's artisanal sausage. The Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s annual Boudin, Bourbon & Beer welcomes award-winning chefs including Nina Compton (Compère Lapin), Jimmy Bannos (Purple Pig, Chicago), Tory McPhail (Commanders Palace), and more. All will be coming to Champions' Square to serve their own creative takes on boudin, alongside live music courtesy of bands including Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Grace Potter, Fruition, and Motel Radio.
