Burny Myrick Fundraiser Drawing

Take advantage of the opportunity to own an original Burny Myrick watercolor while supporting your local historical association. The West Baton Rouge Historical Association is hosting a fundraiser drawing for Myrick's work, with a winner set to be selected on November 1. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased on the West Baton Rouge's Facebook page or in person at the museum. Other prizes include three numbered Burny Myrick prints, a signed copy of The Timeless River: A Portrait of Life on the Mississippi 1850-1900, and more.All proceeds will go to support the West Baton Rouge Historical Association and its mission: to foster an interest in parish history, encourage and pursue research, and collect and preserve materials illustrating past and present parish activities. http://westbatonrougemuseum.org.
