Get your hands dirty at the World Champion Gumbo Cookoff in New Iberia. Chefs John Reason and Willie Gaspard are teaming up to offer a five-course seafood dinner demonstration at Bambino's on Main Street. Guests will also enjoy drink pairings by Distillerie Acadien, live music performed by Brandon Menard, and a live painting by Paul Schexnayder. 4 pm–7 pm. $65; $100 per couple. iberiachamber.org.
