The aged wines of the Cain vineyards in California get a spotlight at Sullivan's Steakhouse this evening. Five expertly curated dinner courses each have a companion wine. From pickled oysters with strawberry pearls and mignonette (served with La Marca Prosecco) and lamb chops over wild mushroom couscous with a Cain mushroom Bordelaise (Cain Cuvee NV12) to beef Wellington with aged cheddar potatoes (Cain Concept "The Benchland" 2010) and a white chocolate cheesecake to finish (you'll be sipping a Portuguese Fonseca Bin No.27 Douro by then). 7 pm. $125, including tax and gratuity.
