Camellia City Smooth Jazz Festival

Two New Orleans modern jazz fans Wil Bias and Diana Colmore-Bias, recently became the change they wanted to see in the world: the two have organized a new Northshore festival dedicated to smooth jazz. The Camellia City Smooth Jazz Festival will offer a number of the contemporary greats of the genre, in many cases joined by musicians from the New Orleans/Northshore areas. The marquee Saturday outdoor concert at the Harbor Center features VIP sections and reserved tables of ten or intimate two-tops, as well as general admission and an all-star line up. If that weren’t enough, they're also doing a Celebrity Golf Tournament with 18 sports celebrities from all over the U.S. and a Sunday Jazz Brunch. camcityjazzfest.com.
