Carnival Fun at THNOC

The HNOC is throwing a Carnival-themed party for all ages, including your chance to create your own shoe box float, make your own paper beads while learning about sustainable throw options, boogie with the Disco Amigos, style you're own wig, and try as many king cakes as possible at a king cake tasting.
