Chef Josh Harmon trained in some of New York's hottest restaurants, and along with his mother and sister recently won the cook-off on Food Network's Family Food Showdown. An old friend of Natchez "Biscuit Queen" Chef Regina Charboneau, having cooked together many times, Chef Charboneau has invited Chef Harmon into her kitchen to collaborate on a special menu to be accompanied by live music from Thursday through Sunday. Musicians will include Alvin Shelby, Butch King, Erik Genuis, and several others. Reservations are required for Friday and Saturday night seatings, and masks as well as distancing will be observed when not seated and eating.
