Out at Chef John Folse's White Oak Plantation, culinary herbalist Sarah Liberta leads a class on the ins and outs of chocolate—white, milk, and dark; unsweetened, semisweet, and sweet; the fact that it's an herb—along with a chef's cooking demonstration. The class extends to a three-course lunch prepared by Folse and a tour of White Oak's strategically-planted gardens.
