Gather up the family for upcoming community egg hunts that promise fun and exciting activities at BREC city parks. The schedule revolves around themed recreational games, arts and crafts, visits from the Easter Bunny, and lots more. brec.org or (225) 654-8401. Dates and locations are:

• 10 am–noon on March 10 at Highland Road Community Park.

• 6:30 pm–9 pm March 23 at Plank Road Park for a Flashlight Egg Hunt (so bring yours).
