Cookbook Creation Class at SoFAB

The Southern Food and Beverage Museum is partnering with the Meraux Foundation to bring back their Cookbook Creation Class. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn how to create and produce their own cookbooks in an easy to understand way. Cookbook and culinary history author Liz Williams will lead the class, in the following sessions:
April 15: Why Create a Cookbook and How to Tell Culinary Stories
April 29: Gathering Recipes & Testing Recipes
May 13: Photography, Illustration and Creating a Cookbook Layout
May 27: Marketing, Self-Publishing, and Program Wrap-Up
Sessions take place from 10 am–noon at The SoFAB Research Center and Boyd Library at Nunez Community College. Free. Register at fareharbor.com.
