Crawfish Boil in the Courtyard

Iris blooms and gentle sunshine aside, everyone knows the real marker of the arrival of spring in Louisiana is crawfish season. Every Thursday from now until May 2, Couvant invites you to join their Crawfish Boil in the Courtyard, at the Eliza Jane, where you can indulge Louisiana's favorite seafood delicacy. Their crawfish is locally sourced and served with all of the necessary accompaniments of potato, andouille, and corn on the cob, all tossed in Cajun seasonings.
