Culinary Arts Series: Joseph DiCapo of Houmas House

The Hammond Regional Arts Center (HRAC) kicks off the 2018 Culinary Arts Series this month with Chef Joseph Dicapo of Houmas House. Inside the state-of-the-art demonstration facility and dining-room of Alack Culinary Equipment Superstore located just east of Downtown Hammond, DiCapo will prepare an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert while demonstrating their culinary techniques to attendees. Complimentary wine will be provided with each meal. 6 pm at 17420 Highway 190, with the chef's presentation starting at 6:30 pm. $75; $65 for HRAC members. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available at the HRAC, via phone at (985) 542-7113, or at hammondarts.org/culinary-arts-series.
Single ticket prices begin at $65 for HRAC members and $75 for non-members. Tickets are limited, and can be purchased at the HRAC, located on 217 E. Thomas Street during regular gallery hours on Wednesday-Friday from 12-6 p.m. Tickets may also be purchased via phone at 985-542-7113 or by going online to the HRAC website at hammondarts.org/ culinary-arts-series.
