Famed singer-songwriter, record producer, and actor Maxwell is coming to Baton Rouge this month as part of his Summer tour dates. Cited along with Erykah Badu as one of the pioneers of the "neo soul" genre that emerged in the '90s, Maxwell's music offers a sound that is at once classic, and ahead of its time.
