As part of the local Smithsonian exhibit Water/Ways programming, Franklin's Alex P. Allain Memorial Library will present Diversions, a documentary produced by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities. Diversions focuses on the impacts of coastal land loss in Plaquemines Parish and across the state of Louisiana.
