Downtown Covington Film Festival

Downtown Covington's 2020 annual film festival will present screenings of features, short films, documentaries, and student films, as well as awards for categories such as "Best Feature Film, Short Film, Documentary, Short Documentary, Student Film, and Foreign Film. Attendees can also enjoy the glamorous surroundings and luxurious amenities at the gracious Southern hotel between screenings, panel discussions, and meet-and-greet events with filmmakers and judges.

Festivities begin Friday at 5 pm with a meet-and-greet at the Southern's Cypress Bar, and film screenings begin at 6 pm. An Opening Night Celebration begins at 9:30 pm. Events continue on Saturday at 11 am with screenings starting at noon and running all afternoon, with the closing feature starting at 8 pm.
