Educational Resource Workshops at the Ascension Parish LIbrary

Ascension Parish Library in Gonzales isn't shy about all it has to offer to parents and educators. Two workshops will show off free online library resources that are perfect for homework help and curriculum planning. Held in the library's technology room, the sessions will offer step-by-step introductions to numerous resources that teach math, English, science, history, and test preparation. Each participant will sit at a desktop computer and personally explore which resources most interest them. The first session (Tuesday, September 17) is suited to parents and educators of children in Pre-K to 5th grade. The second (Thursday, September 19) will appeal to parents, educators, and teens on content for grades 6th–12th.
