Spend your weekend celebrating spring with the family at City Park's Carousel Gardens, where there will be face painting, music, balloon art, and the big old long-eared fellow himself. At 10 am, the whistles will blow to announce the scramble. 100 lucky hunters will score a golden egg, filled with exclusive tickets to City Park attractions.
