Eugene Martin: The Creative Act

Artist Eugene James Martin is known for his concept of "Heterochromatic Collages," wherein he addresses the concept of time in his multi-sourced collages that transcend genre and style. His unique abstracts will be on display at the LSU Museum of Art in the museum's first exhibition of his works. The exhibit will also include an interactive component, wherein participants can make their own Martin-inspired collage. A gallery talk will take place on April 8 from 6 pm–8 pm. lsumoa.org.
