Quel fromage! Hasn't technology advanced enough that if you wanted an auxiliary stomach purely for cheese, you could have it? It would come in awfully handy for this weekend's Fête des Fromages. It all starts on Friday evening, with a Fromage á Trois: Cheese, Chefs, and Cocktails party at The Cellar on St. Louis. International cheesemakers and New Orleans chefs will coalesce to create fifteen "perfect bites" with singular cheeses. 7 pm–10 pm. $25.
On Saturday, an international array of cheesemakers, importers, and distributors will wheel their wares into the New Orleans Jazz Museum. Soft, hard, sharp, stinky, crumbly, or creamed—we'll take it all.
