Bid goodbye to your dad bod—it's Family Fit Day. Organized by Healthy BR, Family Fit Day is an inarguably beneficial array of healthful activities suited to the whole brood.
Mayor-President Sharon Weston-Broome will also host her annual Family Fit Day Bike ride in partnership with Front Yard Bikes and the Safety Place at noon. The first fifty riders will have access to GeauxCruisin bikes.
Do a few stretches, for good measure, then head to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center from 11 am–2 pm. Wear sunscreen. Details here.
