Sculptor Frank Hayden, whose work is on display currently at LASM and throughout Downtown Baton Rouge, has a captivating story influencing his work, from his deep Catholic faith to his experiences as a man of color during the Civil Rights Movement. Learn more about the sculptor and his equally dynamic work with a lecture on original research by LSU Professor of Art History Dr. Darius Spieth. A tour of the exhibition with LASM curator Lexi Adams will follow. Social distancing measures will be in place during the lecture and tour.
