Viewed both as a a savior by the poor and as a power-hungry dictator by the rich, Huey Pierce Long was an undeniably magnetic figure an done that looms large in the political history of the stat of Louisiana. Burns' film features interviews from dirt-poor farmers to society's most revered, as it tracks the career of the man who ran with the slogan "Every Man a King!"
