From Study to Studio

Engage in the artistic process of South Louisiana women with the Associated Women in the Arts' Spring exhibit at the Old State Capitol. "From Study to Studio" showcases the under-appreciated beauty of growth that occurs in creating a work of art, the moments that are typically covered over or thrown out. The temporary physical entities of process are given a moment of permanence in this exhibit, which will be presented side by side with the finished work of studio art. All art, studies and final pieces, will be available for purchase.
