Fun Fitness for the Body and Soul

This June, the Manship Theatre is drawing together mindfulness, movement, and—naturally—art, for a new kids' summer camp. "Fun Fitness for the Body and Soul"  will get kids moving through dance forms, fitness games, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices like nutrition, yoga, and meditation. 9 am–3:30 pm each day. On June 28, there will be a 2:30 pm performance demonstration for parents and friends in the Hartley/Vey studio. Registration ($234) at bontempstix.com includes a camp, t-shirt, yoga mat, and movie viewing.
