For its next Gallier Gathering Book Club, the Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses in partnership with the New Orleans Public Library welcome all for a discussion of the book Brothels, Depravity, and Abandoned Women: Illegal Sex in Antebellum New Orleans, by Antebellum Louisiana history scholar Judith Kelleher Schafer. HGGHH Director of Educational Programming Dr. Amy Katherine Medvick will lead the discussion. from 4:30 pm–6:30 pm at the Rosa F. Keller Library. Free, donation optional.
