George Rodrique Life & Legacy Tour Talks with Wendy Rodrique

Louisiana artist George Rodrigue's surviving wife Wendy has made a personal mission of vibrantly sharing Rodrigue's art, life, and legacy. Through the fall, she'll be giving talks on the beloved Blue Dog artist's life, artwork, and legacy at the following events:

October 23 – 27: School tours at the West Baton Rouge Museum.

October 23: Lecture and Reception at the Louisiana State Archives, 5 pm–7 pm. 

October 25: Outreach at the Julian Poydras Centre for the Arts in New Roads.

October 29: Ethel Claiborne Dameron Lecture Series at the West Baton Rouge Museum. 2 pm. 

November 4: Lecture at the Louisiana Art Education Association Fall Conference.
