Aron Belka's new body of paintings, Golden Meadows to Grand Islands, illustrates the Louisiana Gulf Coast, explored in fragmented and abstracted landscapes. An exercise in embracing change, new beginnings, and loss, these paintings drive to the core of life living and loving this place.
