Since 1932, the members of the Natchez Garden Club have produced a series of tableaux to present the way of life for the Natchezian in a pre-Civil War era. Through the Historic Natchez Tableaux, a completely local and volunteer cast brings to life the folk dances, pastimes, and pageantry of the antebellum South. Performances on Fridays and Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm, March 13–14, 20–21, and 27 at the Natchez City Auditorium. $15; $7 for students and active military. natchezgardenclub.org.
