An exhibition of art by internationally recognized artist, Hunt Slonem, will be unveiled on Friday at the Bayou Teche Musuem. The exhibition, Bayous, Birds and Butterflies, features several paintings from Slonem's Albania Plantation as well as some from other museums and private collections. Slonem is best known for his neo-expressionist style, and his work has been exhibited in more than 350 galleries and museums worldwide. The unveiling follows a lecture by Slonem at the Sliman Theatre; the installation hangs in the museum until December 1.
