Chef Ryan André, rumored to have been inspired by the luck of the Irish, has created City Pork Brasserie's first ever Irish Beer Dinner. Courses include some iconic Celtic-isle dishes paired with pub-worthy ales—corned beef corn dogs & kimchi mustard (paired with Guinness blonde); shepherds pie soup with lamb debris (paired with Guinness rye pale ale); beer-braised beef, oven caramelized root vegetables, and basmati rice (paired with Guinness foreign extra stout); and white chocolate cream & raspberry, Jameson coulis (paired with Guinness draught).
