Canadian Pacific Kansas City Holiday Express

Looking strikingly like another friendly train popular among the kiddos, the Kansas City Southern's Holiday Express returns to the South, this year as the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Express—the recently-connected Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern railways forming the first and only single-line transnational railroad linking Canada, the United States, and Mexico. 

Continuing with the holiday tradition of bringing Christmas cheer to good little boys and girls, the decked out six-car train will arrive at the CPKC Yard Office (Gate 5) at 7:30 pm. Kids can climb aboard and visit with Santa, who will be passing out goodies. The train includes smiling tank car “Rudy”; a flatcar carrying Santa’s sleigh, reindeer, and a miniature village; a gingerbread boxcar; the elves’ workshop; the reindeer stable; and a little red caboose. The tours raise money and awareness for the important work food banks are doing in their communities.
