Kids Watercolor Workshop at the Arts Council of Livingston Parish

Join arts educator Shelly Frederick downtown Denham Springs at the Livingston Parish Arts Council Gallery for a kids course on basic drawing and painting techniques, using oil pastels and watercolors.
