In conjunction with the Old State Capitol's current exhibit, Lines With Power and Purpose: Editorial Cartoons, cartoonist Fred Mulhearn will speak about his own addition to the caustic canon, drawing from Looziana Political Cartoons: The Best of Fred Mulhearn.
