Chef Eric Cook's local-favorite New Orleans restaurants, Gris-Gris in the Garden District and Saint John in the French Quarter, are both offering a special "Mangé Loa" holiday menu inspired by Louisiana Voodoo traditions. Each restaurant's special three-course menu is different, from Epis Marinated Lamb Rack and Haitian orange rum cake at Saint John to Stuffed Mississippi Quail and Sweet Potato Pudding and other fun dessert options at Gris-Gris.
