A new contemporary art gallery will opening its doors in the center of downtown Covington this month. Located directly across the street from the historic St. Tammany Art Association, Marianne Angeli Rodriguez Gallery will have its grand opening on Saturday, April 11, during the STAA's annual Spring for Art event. Attendees to the grand opening will get to enjoy a new collection of Rodriguez's original artworks along with thousands of Spring for Art patrons who come out for the live music, art demonstrations, performances, and dining. 6 pm–9 pm. marianneangelirodriguez.com/rodriguezart.
