May 1, 14, 21, 23, 30: Idea Lab Create: Calming Candles—In recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month, the Livingston Parish libraries invite adults to step outside of the daily life stressors and learn how to create a calming candle, along with other practical ways to optimize your mental health from Mental Health America's toolkit.
