Before the sizzling summer heat sets in, the Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo returns to invite all to the banks of beloved Bayou St. John for a family-friendly festival of live music, delicious food, art, and all kinds of other fun. The festival strives to be a "zero-waste event" by reducing the volume and toxicity of waste and materials, conserving and recovering all resources, and not burning or burying waste—all the more reason to join in.
