This fun, community-based frolic is a celebration of the town's unique history as the first permanent settlement in North Caddo Parish, and presents an opportunity for locals to gather and showcase their crafty and culinary talents, featuring live entertainment, food, arts and crafts, karaoke, children’s activities, a parade, and more.
