New Orleans painter Nicole Duet's work explores the connection between experience, observation, and perception. Often taking the form of landscapes and interiors, her recent work is particularly influenced by her personal experience of quarantine due to the pandemic. Her exhibition Extracted Realities can be viewed in person at the Mansur Museum in the Monroe Regional Airport from 7 am–7 pm daily, or online at masurmuseum.wixsite.com/nicoleduet.
