NOCHI's Cooking for a Cause

The New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) is bringing back its Cooking for a Cause fundraiser for the second year with a grand soirée, plus a silent auction online for two weeks leading up to the big night on September 21. The evening will highlight dishes and drinks from NOCHI alum and many of New Orleans' most-esteemed chefs, while the auction will include unique items like cooking and mixology classes, dinner parties, and beyond—hosted by huge names in local cuisine like Alon Shaya, Susan Spicer, the Chase family, Jason Goodenough, and Dickie Brennan.
