Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration

Time travel to the 1800s, where the best way to make bread or a stew was over an open flame. Costumed demonstrators at Audubon State Historic Site will use period techniques, equipment, and recipes to exhibit just how much effort it took to create the meals of yesteryears.
