The traveling "Outstanding in the Field" series hits Folsom and Bartlett Farm this month with an open-air dining experience intended to celebrate and understand the farmers, John, Nancy, and Stephanie Bartlett, and the bounty of southeast Louisiana. Chefs Kristen and Michael Stoltzfus from New Orleans restaurant Coquette will serve up contemporary Southern cuisine featuring ingredients straight from Bartlett Farm.
