Paddling Bayou Lafourche

The Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program will be hosting a paddling excursion on Bayou Lafourche over the course of three days and fifty miles. The entire trip will start at the headwaters of Bayou Lafourche in Donaldsonville and will end at the community of Lockport; join them for any number of the three-day trip. The fifty-two mile adventure costs $150 ($210 to rent canoe or kayak) or $50 per day ($70 to rent). bayoulafourche.org.
