to
Hill Memorial Library LSU, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70803
The rare books, photographs, historic documents, and other print materials archived in the LSU Libraries Special Collections at Hill Memorial Library have been thumbed through anew, for evidence of humans' long fascination with their animal companions. In the exhibit Paper Tigers and Biblio-Beasts, on display until September 26, this relationship is explored through the earliest illustrations of the animal kingdom to the origins of various symbolic meanings for beasts.
